The Annex House Party is a very popular night with club regulars. These are themed party nights. A time for fancy dress and to forget the weeks worries. It is also an ideal fun night for newbies to the Swinging scene or to the club itself. We give the night a theme. Dress up is not compulsory, but most do and its a fun night to create an alter-ego. Come and have a look and see what is on offer with no pressure to play. Just relax, socialise, get to know others and have a drink and a laugh.

This is a perfect neutral meeting place for like-minded people. It allows you to see if you get along and are compatible with each other. You can do this before deciding to make that swing date or not.

Of course, if you hit it off straight away, then there’s no time like the present. There are playrooms to indulge yourselves.

Maybe you have arranged to meet someone you have already met socially. You might prefer the safety and the sexy vibe of a friendly party venue. Instead of being shut away in a hotel room, you might wonder if you can be noisy or not. We encourage you to be naughty and let yourself go!

Regulars, of course, are very much welcome to attend. Your continued support of the club and community is very much appreciated. We all started this lifestyle somewhere. I’m sure any newbie will welcome your advice if asked for. You may also have some fun stories that will make them feel at ease.

PLEASE NOTE: The venue DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL. You (BYOA) = bring your own alcohol to the venue, BUT this MUST be SERVED BY OUR STAFF. Please do NOT BRING your own soft drinks or mixers. We sell these along with hot beverages at the venue. Bring your own towels for the hot tub, or buy them at the venue. If you forget your condoms (you might get lucky), you can purchase them at the venue.
